Articles that have been ordered through our online shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. For a quick return process, please fill out our return form.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For an exchange, please place a new order via our online shop.

Customers have to cover the shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend using an insured shipping method with a tracking number.

Returns will only be accepted if the returned items have been returned in new, unused condition.
