The TOPCAT K1 is the flagship and also the largest catamaran in the TOPCAT fleet. This 18-foot catamaran is one of the fastest centerless catamarans in the world. It combines innovative design and superiority and follows the well thought-out TOPCAT concept. In 2014, the boat was completely revised and launched on the market with a new design.

The ACTIVE equipment often represents the entry into TOPCAT sailing: A classic catamaran for fun, family and vacations; despite its 18 feet, it can also be easily mastered by beginners. Sailing schools use the K1 for teaching and charter due to the amount of space it offers. The sailing school version is equipped as standard with reinforced hulls with keel shoes, which emphasizes its durability and robustness. The particularly sturdy trampoline with Tenara yarn has been specially developed for the wear and tear in a sailing schoolt. Optionally equipped with gennaker and wings, the larger TOPCAT offers a lot of potential for a water sports center.

We recommend the K1 especially for efficient use of the boats when there is always an instructor on board, for rental to large groups and families and for skippered excursions. For excursions, the optional wings are a great addition to create more comfort, especially for inexperienced guests.
