You are an enthusiastic TOPCAT sailor, are between 13 and 23 years old and would like to sail a TOPCAT for one season?
Here is your chance! Become part of the TOPCAT youth development program.
You have the chance to get a TOPCAT K1 Regatta or K2X Regatta + Trailer for one year and participate in regattas, trainings and national championships.
(For teams that have only members under 18 or do not have a license, it is the responsibility of the parents to organize the transport of the boat and the children)
How to participate?:
Send us a 90-second application video and show us your creativity. Convince us why you are the right team for the TOPCAT youth program.
We ask you to answer the following questions in the application video:
- Why do you want to sail a TOPCAT?
- Why do you want to be part of the TOPCAT youth program? How did you get into sailing?
- How long have you been sailing?
- Have you ever sailed in a regatta and would you be excited to sail in one?
- Or have you only sailed for fun?
- What makes TOPCAT sailing so special?
- What are your ideas to present the boat on social media or other channels? (Picture or video ideas)
- Are you still in school, are you in training or have you started your studies?
- Home area - How do you sail during the year?
The questions are only a suggestion and it is up to you if you want to take them over or if you want to bring in other contents. Convince us with your creativity!
What we want from you?
We want you to provide us with content via social media, as well as photos and videos that show you with your TOPCAT. In return, you will receive our TOPCAT T-shirts and regularly share your impressions with the TOPCAT community. In addition, we would like you to participate in 4 to 5 regattas, trainings, as well as the national championship of your country, for which we will cover the costs. Get other sailors excited about TOPCAT!
(You will have to take care of the insurance of the boat for the year)
