Dismantle the boat to replace the roller traveler?
Admittedly, this was not the easiest solution.
Since 2021, by using a threaded sleeve on the roller traveller, it is possible to loosen two screws on top of the traveller and then simply remove it from the rail.
Important: All roller travellers since 2021 are supplied this way and can also be retrofitted to old rails and the roller set also includes the sleeves for retrofitting existing systems.
