With which payment methods can I pay?

With us you can easily pay with the following means of payment:
- Credit card
- Direct debit
- PayPal
- Prepayment by bank transfer

How do I receive my order?

Either you receive your order by UPS or forwarding or you pick it up directly from us in the store in 82266 Inning am Ammersee.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order has arrived, it will be processed by our team immediately. After receipt of the order, the delivery should then arrive at your home in two to three working days. The delivery time viaries depending on your country. A pickup is ready in the normal case within one working day. Should it take longer, we will of course inform you about the delay.

What shipping costs do I have to expect?

We ship within Germany from EUR 5.95. Of course, larger and bulky items such as sails sometimes are more expensive. The rates for the European shipping will be shown to you as soon as you complete your order and checkout.

Why can I not get some items via UPS?

Some of our items can not be shipped via shipping service because they are just too big and bulky. These shipments are then carried out by freight forwarders.

What do I do if I want to give something back?

If you have questions about a product, want to exchange or return something, you are welcome to contact our service team at support@topcat.de or +49 8143 996 96 29. We are there for you from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (except public holidays) and will gladly help you with questions regarding return and exchange.

Where do I enter discounts and vouchers?

In the shopping cart you will find the box "Vouchers". Here you can redeem your discount or coupon by entering your discount / or coupon code.

What do I do if an item is broken or missing?

For defective goods, the return conditions apply. If your delivery is incomplete, please contact our customer service at support@topcat.de or +49 8143 996 96 29.
